Fractal organizing, workshops, and twenty years of writing at Vaken.se

The method itself is simple: self-organizing circles of 5–14 people, modeled on bio-mimicry rather than top-down rules. A circle splits when it outgrows the intimacy that makes it work, links to other circles through shared members, and multiple circles can federate into a "center-circle" when a project needs wider coordination. I've been speaking about organizing and independent media since a talk at Uppsala Social Forum and a lecture at ABF-huset, both in 2007, through two decades of press interviews, and most recently a long-form conversation with Robert David Steele on where Fractal Circles is headed next.
